Women Development Cell is a dynamic unit to empower the female students in the college. The main aim is to prevent sexual harassment at work place and to promote general wellbeing of female students, teaching and non-teaching women staff in the campus. The cell is also responsible to undertake the awareness programs on gender sensitization, women rights and women empowerment.
Women's Day is celebrated every year under the club with great enthusiasm, featuring various activities, talks by inspirational women, and cultural programs that highlight the achievements and potential of women. The cell provides a safe and supportive environment for women to voice their concerns and seek guidance.
The Women Development Cell works closely with the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address any issues of harassment and ensures a respectful and dignified atmosphere for all women on campus.
